Embark on an exclusive journey to two important moments in maritime history! In a small group setting led by an expert guide, gain exclusive access to the Sherburne House (c. 1695) and the Chase House (c. 1762). Exclusively available as an add-on to general museum admission.

Children's Program with Baby Animals
Morning Session: April 27 & 28; May 4 & 5, 2024, 9-10 AM - FULL
Afternoon Session: April 27-May 4, 2024, 4-5 PM - Space Available!Presented for an hour after the event is open to the public, the Children's Program is led by a heritage breeder and educator and is designed to give children (geared towards ages 4-8, but all are welcome) an opportunity to meet the baby lambs, kids, chicks, and other animals up close.

Join the Strawbery Banke Archaeologist for a hands-on introduction to professional archaeological lab methods. Learn about ceramic technology and identification, the history of glass bottles, and the significance of “small finds.” Then, see how archaeological research provides a foundation for museum interpretation.
