Linnea Grim joined Strawbery Banke in 2023 after most recently serving as the vice president of Guest Experiences for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, a private nonprofit that owns and operates Monticello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Grim has 23 years of experience working in leadership positions at nationally relevant historic sites, history organizations, and in the Office of the Curator at the Supreme Court of the United States. She spent the last 16 years at Monticello serving as Hunter J. Smith Director of Education & Visitor Programs and Manager of Interpretive Programs prior to joining Monticello’s executive team in 2021. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from The College of William and Mary, and a Master’s degree in history museum studies from The Cooperstown Graduate Program.

Cynthia Fenneman is President Emeritus of American Public Television, the leading syndicator to PTV stations of well-known programs including "Rick Steves Europe", "America’s Test Kitchen", "Doc Martin", and "Midsomer Murders." For the past 20 years, APT has distributed 25-50% of public television’s top 100 highest-rated titles. Its international division, APT Worldwide, is a key distributor of non-fiction content to more than 140 countries and streaming services. With more than 35 years of broadcasting management experience in commercial, cable network, and public television, Fenneman has led public media in strategic and creative directions – launch of Create TV, the popular lifestyle channel; distribution of WORLD, the nonfiction and documentary channel; online streaming initiatives, APT Podcast Studios, and innovative content pitch competitions.
Prior to APT, her career includes Discovery Health Channel, PBS, NHPTV, KYW/Philadelphia, KPIX/San Francisco, and WJZ/Baltimore. Fenneman’s credits range from the "Live Aid" special, U.S. Presidential Debates and Evening/PM Magazine, to A&E "Biography," "Ciao Italia" with Mary Ann Esposito, and PBS documentaries. She has been honored with more than 40 international, national and regional awards, including 12 Emmys and a Peabody, and is a frequent juror for the International Emmys, duPont-Columbia Awards, Seoul International Drama Awards, and others.
She has served on numerous boards including Children’s Museum of Portsmouth, Pontine Theatre, Appalachian Mountain Club’s Board of Advisors, Harvard Travellers Club, Latino Public Broadcasting, Junior League of Boston, and Strawbery Banke Museum.
