Experience daily life in the 18th century as you participate in kitchen chores in front of an open hearth, make old-fashioned toothpowder, dress up in historical costumes, simulate a stagecoach ride, and play an 18th-century school game. Participants visit two historic homes as they compare and contrast daily life 200 years ago to daily life today. Topics include health & hygiene, school, entertainment, and daily chores. Upon arrival, families are divided into smaller groups of roughly 12 people. Journey into Colonial Life is a family program designed for children ages 5+.

$12.00 per student (ages 5 +), 1 adult per family free, additional adults $8.00. Family, Friend, Supporter, Patron, and Benefactor level Members receive 50% off.
